The Residences offer one to three bedroom (with an optional den) residences in sizes from 129 to 344 square meters (1,388 to 3,702 square feet) all with views of the surrounding lush grounds, blue Pacific and verdant Sierra Madre Mountains.

Each residential tower features a hand-crafted palapa-covered lobby entrance anchored by a natural lagoon.  Greeted by a lavish stone lobby, guests and residents in each tower have access to professional concierge services, covered and secure parking, and large, secure personal storage areas.

Using only the finest in natural finishes including tumbled marble, slab granite and native woods, each home also includes walls of glass that can be opened to the tropical breezes allowing true indoor/outdoor living, incorporating seamlessly the indoor living spaces with the wrap-around terraces.

The Casa Club

At the center of The Residences is the Casa Club, a beautiful, modern social center surrounded by bridges and ponds alive with exotic animals and vegetation, it is the perfect venue to relax with family or friends.

Here, you can enjoy a game of pool in the games room, watch the latest movie release in the plush state-of-the-art media room, catch up on e-mails in the business center or simply spend some quiet time in the library.
